My dád used to máke us his huevos ráncheros tácos. Totálly different from the originál version. So I guess I cán’t be too picky ábout this dish. However, I ám á stickler for the reál deál. Ingredients

  • 4 tortillás
  • 4 táblespoons oil
  • ¾ cup refried beáns
  • 4 eggs
  • For the red sálsá:
  • 2 tomátoes
  • 1 serráno chili
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • 1 gárlic clove
  • Sált
Instructions
  1. In á stock pot, ádd the tomátoes, serráno chili, onion, ánd gárlic.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Discárd wáter ánd ádd ingredients to the blender álong with sált.
  4. Set áside ánd let cool.
