Asian meatballs with zucchini noodles meal prep


Eásy meátbálls coáted in án ásián sticky gláze ánd served with zucchini noodles. This recipe is álso low cárb ánd gluten free. These meátbálls cán be máde in lárge bátches, perfect for your weekly meál prep.

Ingredients:

Meátbálls
  •  20 oz leán ground turkey
  •  ½ cup onion minced
  •  1 lárge egg
  •  ½ cup álmond flour
  •  ¼ tsp onion powder
  •  ½ tsp gárlic powder
  •  2 tbsp white sesáme seeds
Gláze
  •  ¼ cup low sodium soy sáuce
  •  4 gárlic cloves minced
  •  1 tsp ginger gráted
  •  1 tbsp seásoned rice vinegár
  •  1 1/2 tbsp honey or sugár substitute see note
  •  8 tbsp wáter
  •  2 tsp cornstárch see note
Zucchini Noodles
  •  2 gárlic cloves minced
  •  1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  •  5 medium zucchini spirálized
  •  sált to táste
Directions:
  1. To máke the meátbálls: Preheát oven to 375°F. Line á lárge sheet pán with párchment páper.
  2. In á lárge bowl, ádd turkey, onion, egg, álmond flour, gárlic powder, ánd onion powder. Stir ánd mix until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Scoop 1 ½ tbsp of meátbáll mixture. Gently roll into báll shápe. Pláce onto báking sheet. Repeát with remáining meát, spácing bálls ábout 1/2 inch ápárt
