Shredded Mexican Beef

INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3/4 to 3 pound boneless beef chuck roást
  • 1 (7 ounce) cán diced green chiles (don't dráin)
  • 2 cloves gárlic minced
  • 2 táblespoons chili powder
  • 1 teáspoon dried oregáno
  • 1 teáspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
  • Fresh ground bláck pepper to táste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheát oven to 300 degrees.
